This small family vineyard is located at Cranbrook, not far south of Swansea, and offers award winning wines including pinot noir, Gewürztraminer, chardonnay and sparkling. Savour fresh Tasmanian produce matched with Spring Vale’s excellent wines when you dine in their pop-up vineyard restaurant, located among the vines on the estate.
